the holidays weren't so great for my blog. neither was moving to a new country.
but the short version is... we are in new york. we already love it.
the holidays were amazing. a month in utah made us remember how EASY life is there. everyone has a car. you can buy a meal for less than 10 bucks. they have TARGET. family is only a drive away. when you spent 2,000 a month on rent you can own a MANSION.
but even with all that, we choose NY :)
and now that we've signed a one year lease we can officially call ourselves new yorkers!
we're living in chelsea, in an area close to the village AND the meat packing district. every time we tell people the location they start naming off 20 different restaurants near us that are amazing for us to try out. and let's be honest here, as long as there are good restaurants around us we'll be happy.

we've never had a place that we know we would be there long enough to decorate. and we are coming with suitcases full of clothes and pretty much nothing else. so wish us luck in trying to furnish the place!

Congrats on the move dear! That's so exciting. I'm glad yall were able to enjoy time with family here in Utah. That is a nice change
