note to self:
just because baby tells you that you REALLY need that mcdonalds double cheeseburger, doesn't mean your stomach is going to concur.
i know everyone says to prepare for cravings. i just didn't realise that it meant that the cravings would be random, changing daily, and as soon as you think of it you HAVE to have it.
and for some reason? they come in the form of mcdonalds cheeseburgers.
i've been lucky that it's not a "wake up in the night, need to, have to, gotta have it". but still. it'd be great if it came in the form of dinosaur kale.
another craving? corn dogs.
that is actually a dangerous one to write about, because now that i've written it down? i totally want one. I am pretty sure I haven't had a corn dog in 10 years. now i could eat one every.single.day.
other than that, pregnancy has been awesome. and super easy. after the first trimester morning sickness and the beginning risks in my pregnancy, it's been smooth sailing.
my belly is growing and i'm LOVING it. i walk around town rubbing my belly all day, which probably gets some weird looks but i don't mind.
little baby boy is kicking now, and i can't help but tell everyone around me when i feel it. it's the most thrilling feeling in the world. i can't wait until it's strong enough for neil to feel. this baby bringing me so much joy.
