summer

summer is finally beginning in london. we had our first week of straight sunny weather and i'm praying it continues. as they say here in london, if it weren't for the weather you'd have nothing to talk about.

greece was amazing. as evidenced by this:



yep, crystal clear water.


and venice was as gorgeous as i remembered. and definitely for lovers. as much as i love my best friend lydia and our month-long backpacking tour through italy when we were 18, venice really is the city of love.



and spending a week with my best friend, uninterrupted was the best part of the trip.


on Monday, it was our TWO YEAR anniversary. where did this time go?!

it feels like a couple weeks ago we were doing this:




they really weren't kidding when they said it just keeps getting better and better.

in two years we've:

moved across a very large ocean, build our lives in london literally from scratch (we came with 6 suitcases - the majority of them my clothes... thanks neil!) started our careers, travelled to 8 countries, and settled into life as we know it.

it has been so fun.
