happy one year, london!

so it's official. this week marked our one year anniversary in London. can that really be possible?

we were thinking back about where we were a year ago. living with creepy french guys who walked around in their tightie whities and spent probably 3/4s of their time in the kitchen eating smelly cheese. thanks to a nice french guy we've met during our time in London or we might be pretty biased based on our time with those two! neil was trying to get used school in london, i was thrown into training on day one. it was some interesting first couple of months.

now we are in a great flat (third time's the charm), feeling settled, trying to figure out where the time went. if my job wasn't so painful and the job market so dead we'd be ready to cosy down here for awhile!

london is really one of the coolest cities in the world. and ten times better when you are sharing it with someone who appreciates it as much as you do. how did i get so lucky?
